Hi! I’m Abdullaah Yaseen.
25 YEARS
Hey, I’m Abdullaah—a former college football player turned IT cybersecurity professional who learned how to build muscle and stay fit while working long hours in tech.
I wasn’t always in shape. I started off skinny, struggling to put on muscle, and confused about what actually works in the gym. Then, when I transitioned into cybersecurity, the challenge changed—long hours, constant sitting, and low energy made staying fit even harder.
That’s when I developed a simple, time-efficient system that helped me build muscle, stay lean, and keep my energy high—without spending hours in the gym or following extreme diets. Now, I help busy tech professionals do the same.

Hi, I’m Abdullaah Yaseen, and I’m extremely excited to share my story. I’m formally a D2 College football athlete who majored in business administration. I worked some basic jobs and started an online fitness coaching business and selling on Amazon.
Starting my Business
I was able to see some success selling on Amazon until I made a bad purchase of a product and lost everything. My fitness business just wasn’t getting any traction online.
Today Helping People Stay Protected
Coming from a sports background and having a desire to help people. I have transitioned into the financial industry. My goal is to help families stay protected with life insurance. With the uncertainties in life, it’s always great to have the peace of mind to know that your loved ones are protected.
